Location : It's ideally situated - the neighborhood of Rue Dominique and the famous Rue Cler are just around the corner, and offer hundreds of bakeries, chocolate shops, cafes and restaurants. Many important tourist spots are very nearby, including the Eiffel Tower. Nearby taxi stands and metro (La Tour Maubourg) make all of Paris easily accessible.

Description : The words "sophisticated and elegant" are often overused, but not in this case.

This totally renovated large two bedroom two bath apartment is absolutely stunning, decorated and restored by a designer who knows exactly how to create a marriage of 20th century French furniture with 18th century architectural features including breathtaking moldings and polished herringbone wood floors.
Take two flights up (or the typical Parisian elevator) and you enter an enormous and welcoming corridor lined with contemporary art work, leading into your huge, light-bathed living room with marble fireplace, four sets of French doors that open onto a balcony that is the entire length of the living room, twin designer demilune sofas, marble top coffee table and a black deco dining room table. Keep walking to another comfortable sofa/sitting area, and then find the second bedroom with two twins OR one queen sized bed - (your choice) - a huge window facing the quiet interior courtyard, and a full en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The master bedroom, also with it's own bath, is warm, off white, plush, with upholstered head board and individual low voltage reading lights over each overstuffed pillow. This bedroom, like the other smaller one, has a large window that also faces the quiet inner courtyard.

The kitchen was totally redone recently with top of the line appliances, a real washer and separate dryer, (rare in Paris), and handsome stone counter tops. A small kitchen table allows all guests to share breakfast together and look out over the pretty courtyard. THIS IS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN! In combination with the proximity to RUE CLER (4 minutes!), it's perfect for the gourmet guest.

We also offer, at NO additional charge : FULL PRIVATE CONCIERGE SERVICES. Your personal concierge will meet you at your apartment upon arrival, and is available 24/7 to help with anything you can imagine to make your trip more wonderful. This was my first time to travel abroad to Paris. I loved the idea of staying in a quaint little Parisian apartment but was very concerned that it would actually be as promised and that it was a legitimate property. I was so beyond pleased! This was a 5 star operation from beginning to end. My driver picked us up at the airport as arranged and delivered me to the door. Even stored my luggage until check in time. The concierge was available and informed answering all questions. The location was perfectly suited to see all of the sights. It is near the metro, but I fell in love with Uber and used it the entire week. The apartment was completely delightful and adorable! Thank you to Jim and his staff!

This apartment was exactly as described--perfect. The location was only a two minute walk to the Metro station, allowing us to get to all the Paris sites. And Marc could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Comment by Ron (Des Moines, IA)

The apartment was exactly as described by owners and previous guests. STUPENDOUS.
We walked to EVERYTHING. The markets, Tour Eifel, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Madeleine, Louvre, Place Vendome and many many more.
The nearby supermarket Casino, around the corner, had everything we needed and more. The cafes trottoire served scrumptious meals.
We enjoyed ourselves so much we are already planning our next trip.
It was truly a pleasure doing business with the owners/manager. From my first email to Jim, to later meeting Marc. Not only did they reply promptly to every request, they anticipated our needs and exceeded our expectations. BRAVO! We will definitely return again and again. Un grand merci et gros bisous a tous. ( A big thank you and kisses to all.

Oh where to start. This apartment is beyond amazing. From location to decor it checks all the boxes. We spent 5 days here and I wish we could have stayed longer. It has all the comforts of home. Lots of space. Lovely kitchen. Amazing living room. Great water pressure (important to the Americans). Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful when we got stuck in the rain watching the Tour de France. Jim, Karl, Marc and Victor were incredibly helpful in making everything easy. Very convenient to all of Paris. We walked to and from most of the sights easily and when we needed the metro it was right there. Great restaurants in the neighborhood plus the Rue Cler market was easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this apartment. It makes you feel like you've lived in Paris your whole life. Bravo gentlemen! We can't wait to return.

Comment by Evyfitz (Los Angeles)

This is, beyond any doubt, the best way to immerse yourselves into the lifestyle of Parisian living. Location is superb. Five restaurants within our block alone, 50 or more within a three block radius. Food exquisite everywhere we ate. The Metro (fabulous way to get anywhere, and a three day pass is very reasonable) took us to The Louvre (20 minutes) day two and to Notre Dame (25 minutes) yesterday......we had bicyclists transport us (like in a rick shaw) to the Luxembourg Gardens, and we returned on the Metro (20 minutes) to our apartment . After breakfast this morning, just 5 doors from our own, we just walked across the street to do some window shopping and right in your face is the Eiffel Tower as you walk down the block.
We are two couples traveling together; just placing three full days in city before stepping onto a river cruise to the Normandy beaches and back over the course of the next week. While the apartment is only 900 square feet is size, the room configuration and the quality of construction from 150 years ago, render the unit wonderfully private for the four of us traveling as we are. Kitchen fully equipped, while we are restaurant goers by nature, our first afternoon here had us enjoy fresh apples, strawberries cheese and a baguette from a market in our neighborhood, along with our wine gift from Marc, our concierge.

Marc was wonderful, meeting us upon our arrival and familiarizing us with our apartment, the Metro location, and other neighborhood information. He was available 24/7.

There are likely many ways to be in love in this city, but I would recommend this apartment to any couple or couples.

In previous trips to Paris with my husband, we stayed in a hotel. When arranging a trip for myself and my sisters (3 of us-ages 67-55), I decided that we wanted a "homey" atmosphere. Visiting back and forth between 2 hotel rooms and sitting on the bed to visit because of lack of space was not something we wanted. This was a beautiful setting for us. Although we spent little time in the apartment because 2 of us had never been to Paris, the time that we spent allowed us to visit, do laundry, prepare breakfast before departing for a day of touring and still allowed privacy with the rooms available. The location could not have been more ideal. Very close to great restaurants, shopping, metro, train and primary tourist sites. Walks in the "neighborhood" felt safe. Booking was "seamless" and all of those involved, pleased the "perfectionist" in me. Marc met us as planned in Paris and had followed through with all that I asked prior to leaving the USA: Chauffeur service from the train upon arrival & to the airport upon leaving; Flowers, cheese, wine, bread, fruit and chocolate (excellent choices); Restaurant reservations; Taxi to and from a river cruise; and offers to do anything else that was needed. Highly recommend.

A wonderful way to experience Paris. The apartment is elegant yet comfortable, providing every amenity you could need. They location is perfect, you couldn't find a better place. The booking process was seamless and professional, and our concierge Marc met us on arrival and was available for anything we needed.
Morning breakfast on the balcony, evening wine under the chandelier; this is a very special place to make your trip to Paris extra special.

Excellent apartment with great amenities and excellent location. We had two couples share the space it it was well laid out for privacy. The large living area and balcony allowed a nice relaxation space after the days activities. Kitchen had all the amenities you could want including a cozy table with courtyard view and washer/dryer. Convenient high speed wireless network. Walking distance to all the Paris monuments and museums. Great local restaurants, market, wine shop and boulangerie nearby. 1 block from Metro stop.

I had wanted a special place to stay with my three daughters and found it at Tour Maubourg.
At our arrival Marc was there to meet us and gave us all of the necessary details and information on both the apartment and the surrounding area. The location is perfect as we could walk to Rue Cler for cheese, wine, baked goods and then come back to Dumas and sit on the terrace and enjoy our Parisian delights. There also are many restaurants and cafes in walking distance and the area is so safe. One night after a wonderful dinner we ventured to the beauty of the Eiffel tower which is even more magnificent when lit. The apartment itself is exquisite and is ideal for four people and is well equipped. For anyone planning on a trip to Paris this is the ideal place to stay. Thank you Karl, Jim and Mark for helping us make so many wonderful memories.

Comment by Jude (Seminole, FL

My husband and I rented this lovely apartment for three weeks. We had guests the first week and friends sharing the second and third weeks. The apartment is better than we could have imagined. Exquisite decor, every modern amenity needed and a full kitchen, which was an amazing asset and surprise for Europe! The layout is perfect, as the bedrooms on opposite sides of the salon and kitchen provide additional privacy.

The location is wonderful, with a subway line a block away. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Bon Marche, the Orsay, the l'Orangerie, the Champs Ellysees, George V Blvd, Madeliene, Montparnasses, etc. The taxi stand by the metro station also took out guess work.

The elevator is a great help for luggage and a mere 40 steps to the second floor were a breeze, especially after climbing the Arc de Triomphe and Sacre Coeur!

Most invaluable to the apt. were those who managed it. Jim is so efficient for bookings, Karl makes the payment process simple and Marc was invaluable during our stay, arranging for airport transportation, transportation to Versailles, suggesting fine dining, checking on us when we had horrible colds, offering to call a doctor, getting cleaning staff scheduled.....This team makes the journey and stay absolutely perfect.

Not only will we stay here again, we will recommend to others traveling to Paris. Merci!

What can you say about a perfectly appointed flat, in a perfectly appointed neighborhood. Certainly not enough. This is the sort of discovery I want to tell everyone I know about, but don't want anyone else to know about.
Incredible location for just about everything. A kitchen any cook would be happy to work in.
A balcony and environment that inspires.
Thank You for sharing your home, as it is obvious this flat is a home.

Our stay at the Tour Maubroug apartment could not have been better!  From the minute we stepped into the apartment and I saw the red geraniums blooming in the window boxes I knew we were in a very special place. The apartment is exactly as described. It is elegant, beautiful and exceptionally furnished. The owners have fabulous taste and have spared no detail! From the herringbone wood floors and the the art on the walls to the fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms the apartment is perfect - as is it's location on the left bank!
In the 7th arrondissement the apartment is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, Invalides, and Musee Rodin. It is steps away from the metro and the fabulous market street Rue Cler. We shopped daily - with visits to the  boulangerie on Rue Jean Nicot, for bread and croissants,  the fromage  shop on Rue Cler for cheese, the deli for pâté, the wine shop and the produce stand for pears, figs and clementines. After very full days with lots and lots of walking we loved coming home in the evening to "our apartment!" Wine and cheese would await us at the end of our day and we knew we were within waking distance of wonderful restaurants, cafes and brasseries for late and delicious dinners.
What made our visit extra special, however, was the attention to the details of our particular trip by Marc - the personal concierge for the apartment. Marc arranged for a car to meet us at the train station, met us and thoroughly introduced us to the apartment. He then walked with us through the neighborhood the day we arrived making us feel completely at home.  It is apparent that Marc loves his city - and I now know why. Marc also pre-purchased our museum passes, transportation passes and train tickets, and a suggested itinerary for us - making decision making for each day super easy.
Suffice it to say that it is not a matter of if we will return to Paris and this apartment but when. Notre voyage a été merveilleux et l'appartement était magnifique!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Beautiful decor, interesting art, Modern baths and kitchen, fully stocked w/coffee maker, tea press, you name it, its already there and it works! The location is beyond phenomenal. Staight from the front door a few blocks and you are under the Eiffel Tower, OR instead turn to the right from the front door and you are at the foot of the Champs Elysees. I could go on with these descriptions of how close everything is. Tons of small shops, bakeries and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Also was provided a written "how-to" and recommendations for restaurants etc which was much appreciated and spot on perfect. Your car service was wonderful. Very professional, waiting for us with a Jaguar and english speaking. Upon arrival at the apartment, Marc, concierge, was waiting for us and very graciously showed us everything and even called a tour group I had set up and confirmed our tour. My comfort level was soaring. This was my second short visit to Paris. My first was a wonderful hotel, but I may never stay in a hotel again. This was my first VRBO experience and this flat with the service provided makes VRBO look great! Cheerful, pleasant, honest, communicative, first class, comfortable. Thats how it felt from start to finish, from the time we were recieved at CDG airport until we were dropped off to head home. I might also add that its a great time to go to Paris. Cooler temps, smaller crowds. Thanks for everything, I cannot wait til I return to your Paris apartment.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. The furnishings and the total ambiance is so Parisian. It is in walking distance to quaint sidewalk cafes, shops, and of course the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed walking the streets in this beautiful neighborhood where the architecture is so interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris and hope to return and stay once again in this particular apartment.

If you only come to Paris once, this appartment would be the perfect choice. If you are fortunate to return, you won't think twice about where you choose to stay.. La Tour Maubourg offers the quintessential Parisian experience! Highlights include the ambiance of an authentic setting, the best of locations in a most desirable neighborhood known for shopping and restaurants, close proximity to any means of public transportation, and a concierge service to meet your requests and assistance. C'est magnifique!

My husband and I have been to Paris several times but our last trip was by far the most memorable. Everything seemed to fall into place when we entered the door of this beautiful apartment. We've stayed at a number of different places on past trips but this apartment and it's location is wonderful. It is in walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, museums and of course, the Eiffel Tower! It's georgous inside, has everything you need to make your stay amazing..........Enjoy!

No better way to live the vibe of Paris than this elegantly appointed apartment! Walkable to everything imaginable, 7th, Invalides, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, Quai Branly Museum-my most favorite. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed a true Parisian local feel. For the epicurians- your own kitchen, just steps to Rue Cler and near Bon Marche' food court. Comfortable and quiet. A real find, we would love to return again and again. After a full day walking, this feels like home, only better!

A true Parisian experience. I had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks in this delightful apartment in the heart of Paris. The location is terrific and we walked everywhere. The famous Rue Clair street market is a short stroll away and we would buy wonderful foodstuffs that we brought back to the apartment and enjoyed in the cozy kitchen dining area. Sitting there looking out the window to the courtyard was one of my most pleasant daily activities. The furnishings and decor are in impeccable taste creating an atmosphere of pure Parisian embience. The layout of the spaces affords guests privacy and personal space. I look forward to returning to Paris and again staying in this warm and inviting flat.

The pictures say it all....The apartment is fabulous. Furnished to perfection in such an elegant yet confortable feeling. The eat-in kitchen is a dream and well stocked for cooking if one desires. My wife and I loved the could not ask for a better one. We would walk every evening to the Eiffel Tower and watch the lights go on at 10 p.m. The location to the susbway could not have been more convenient. Resturants were wonderful in the area. You always felt safe. As you can tell, we would rent the unit every time we return to Paris. It was a real find. ENJOY.....
