We have three simple principles that guide us
1 - Find the right apartment for the right guest. No compromises allowed. We feel very strongly about this; if I take the time to really be sure that the guest is a good fit for the apartment, then at the end of the day, all parties are very very happy. I would rather lose the client than try to place them in an apartment that I know wouldn’t work for their particular needs.
2 - Housekeeping must be flawless. We take great pride in the fact that our apartments are extraordinarily clean. All linens and blankets are cleaned prior to guest arrival, and our “white ribbon policy” is just that : they are wrapped in a white ribbon which says to the guest : these linens have been freshly laundered.
3 - “You are at home with us.” This is our goal. I want you to really feel that you have stayed at your home, and of course, want to come back.
